[DRIVER] panel-simple: extend panel-dpi to read missing DT properties

The "panel-dpi" compatible allows loading panel configurations from device tree,
but it doesn't provide any way of setting many of the properties.

Add the necessary DT properties:
  * delay prepare, enable, disable, unprepare
  * bpc
  * bus-format
  * connector-type
