[C26] add DP video support

Delete old DP overlay from 4.x initial import. Init DP overlay from operational HDMI overlay, as the SoC interface is the same.

DP tested at FHD and at 4K by using the dpfw.bin from pkg firmware-imx-8.11, it is not functional with the dpfw.bin currently available in BSP from pkg firmware-imx-8.18 (manifest tag: kirkstone_1-06-00)
