Subject: [PATCH] [PATCH] cpufreq: speedstep-smi asm fix

Fix bug identified by Linus Torvalds <torvalds@osdl.org>: the `out'
instruction depends upon the state of memory_data[], so we need to tell gcc
that before executing it. (The opcode, not gcc).
