Subject: [PATCH] [SCSI] advansys: Fix bug in AdvLoadMicrocode

buf[i] can be up to 0xfd, so doubling it and assigning the result to an
unsigned char truncates the value.  Just use an unsigned int instead;
it's only a temporary.
